Change of Mind
We want you to love your Albion Anchor furniture. You have 14 days from delivery to decide if it's the right fit for your home. If you change your mind, we'll arrange a collection and issue a refund, minus a small collection fee to cover transport costs.
Quality Guarantee
Each piece is handcrafted. If your furniture arrives with a manufacturing defect or is damaged during our professional assembly, we will replace the affected parts or the entire unit immediately at no extra cost to you.
Replacement Process
Found an issue? Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery. We'll assess the situation and, if a replacement is needed, we'll prioritize your build in our workshop to ensure your anchor arrives as swiftly as possible.
