Complimentary delivery is standard for all orders within our coverage zones. We believe the journey to your home should be as seamless as the comfort of our sofas.

As each piece is handcrafted to order in our UK workshop, delivery typically takes 6-8 weeks. We'll contact you within 7 days of your order to arrange a convenient delivery window.

We want you to love your Albion Anchor furniture. You have 14 days from delivery to decide if it's the right fit for your home. If you change your mind, we'll arrange a collection and issue a refund, minus a small collection fee.

Each piece is handcrafted for longevity. We provide a Quality Guarantee against manufacturing defects, and we will replace any affected parts or units immediately at no extra cost to you.

You can make changes to your order within 48 hours of placement. After this time, our workshop begins the crafting process, and changes may not be possible or may incur a fee.

Your home's safety is our priority. All Albion Anchor materials are treated and tested to exceed UK Wood & Furniture Fire Safety (FR) regulations.

For best results, blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth. Our high-performance fabrics are designed to resist stains, but we recommend professional cleaning once every 2-3 years to maintain the fiber quality.

Our Luxury Velvet and High-Performance Blends are excellent for pet owners. They feature a tight weave that resists snagging and is easy to brush free of fur.
